Liberated Self is a weekly meditation and soul activation class led by Soul Empowerment Coach and Reiki Master, Jamie Wozny. Each 30-minute session is designed to help sensitive souls, healers, and light workers gently release what’s not theirs, reclaim their radiance, and realign with their truth through guided meditation, energy work, and soul-nourishing insight. This is your midweek reset to return to wholeness, inspiration, and deep inner freedom.
